Shorebird Colonies at Nickerson Beach

FBC NYC is heading out to Long Island to visit our local shore bird colonies!

We will be heading to Nickerson Beach, July 25th, meeting at 7:30 am in the parking lot and then heading out onto the beach to see the local Piping Plover, Black Skimmers, Common Terns, American Oyster Catchers and last but not least, the Least Terns.

Considering this is a tougher event to make it out to, no registration is required. We sadly cannot provide transport out to the beach, but please feel free to arrange rides or organize with a commute buddy on the NYC Discord.
